This website is provided for the purpose of informing carriers, owner-operators, and trucking companies about MM Dispatch's services and allowing them to request dispatch support. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to submit false or misleading information through our forms.
Dispatching Services
MM Dispatch provides truck dispatch support services, including load search, broker communication, rate negotiation, dispatch coordination, and paperwork assistance. MM Dispatch acts as a dispatch service on behalf of the carrier and is not a motor carrier, freight broker, employer, or insurer of the carrier's operations.
User Responsibilities
- Maintain valid operating authority (MC number), insurance, and required permits
- Keep equipment in safe, legal operating condition
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation laws
- Provide accurate information about your equipment, location, and preferences
Service Limitations
Dispatch services depend on load availability, broker responsiveness, and market conditions, all of which are outside MM Dispatch's control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and may adjust, pause, or discontinue aspects of our service at any time.
Fees & Payment Terms
Our dispatch service fee ranges from 5% to 7% per load, depending on the service arrangement and carrier operation. Applicable fees will be discussed and agreed upon before dispatch services begin, and are calculated as a percentage of the agreed load rate.
No Guarantee of Loads, Rates, Revenue, or Results
MM Dispatch searches for available loads and negotiates with brokers on the carrier's behalf, but we do not guarantee the availability of loads, specific rates, minimum revenue, or any particular business outcome. The carrier decides which loads to accept and retains final control over all dispatch decisions.
Communications
If you submit a phone number through our contact form and check the consent box, you agree that MM Dispatch may call you regarding dispatch services and related business communications. Consent to receive calls is optional and is never a condition of receiving general information about our services. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting MM Dispatch.
Intellectual Property
The content, design, graphics, and branding on this website are the property of MM Dispatch and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent, except as necessary to view the website for its intended purpose.
Third-Party Services & Links

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
